MISA CODING CHALLENGE
Our team was tasked with helping the CIA better understand potential sources of gun violence in the United States. We pored over articles, debated ideas, and analyzed large datasets to uncover factors that might lead to gun violence.

We are proud to present what we believe is a comprehensive and thoroughly-researched report on sources that contribute to gun violence in the United States and abroad. We hope that our research will enable the CIA to better understand this large problem that is facing our country and consequently save lives.

These tableau visualizations break down the analysis we ran on the data. These visualizations augment our statistical analysis and provide an eye-opening look at predictors and causes of gun violence in the U.S. and abroad. We broke down the effects of different guns and their effect on the number of victims. In addition, we are able to see how laws banning specific guns would affect the number of victims.
